JiffyLubePay.com honors returns on prepay coupons and processes refunds on a case-by-case basis, minus the processing fee. All sales are final.

Our payment processor issues a non-refundable transaction fee, which is final at the time of your purchase.

Each vehicle may require different products, and Jiffy Lube locations may temporarily run out of products specific to certain vehicles. If a location is out of a product needed for your vehicle, we cannot offer a refund. You may check other participating Jiffy Lube locations for product availability specific to your vehicle.

We are not responsible if you purchase the incorrect oil type. It is your responsibility to know what type of oil your vehicle requires.

1-Pack – Your purchase includes one JiffyLubePay.com certificate, which can be used on any one vehicle you choose.

2-Pack – Your purchase includes two JiffyLubePay.com certificates with unique certificate numbers. Each certificate is valid for one use on any vehicle you choose. (Example: If you have two vehicles, you may use Certificate 1 on Vehicle 1 and Certificate 2 on Vehicle 2.)

3-Pack – Your purchase includes three JiffyLubePay.com certificates with unique certificate numbers. Each certificate is valid for one use on any vehicle you choose. (Example: If you have three vehicles, you may use Certificate 1 on Vehicle 1, Certificate 2 on Vehicle 2, and Certificate 3 on Vehicle 3.)

We will notify you of your refund status after we receive your written request.

Please send written requests to support@jiffylubepay.com. We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (minus the processing fee) as quickly as possible on the next business day and notify you in writing.
